May 31st
August 31st

**** If a physical letter or email arrives after the cutoff date, it will be distributed with the next set of letters. ****

Important: Please  be sure to include  your child's full name and program number on the envelope or in the email, so we can make sure the letter gets to your sponsored child.

Please note: For physical letters, you may include coloring sheets, stickers, and photos for your child, but everything must fit into a 9 x 12 envelope, or smaller.
